What is your standard delivery time?
Delivery time within India is 2-4 business days for "Available in Stock" items. Customised jewellery may take 20-30 days depending on the design. Contact us with your postal address if the piece is not in stock. We will make it on order for you and give you an estimated delivery time.
Actual delivery times might vary due to reasons beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any delays.

How much will the shipping cost?

When will I receive my order?

Which shipping carriers do you use?
For shipping within India, we use insured shipping carrier Sequel Logistics for gold jewellery studded with diamonds and gemstones and Blue Dart for silver jewellery.
Is the shipping insured?
Yes. All our shipments are insured. All jewellery orders are securely packed and insured.
A signature and ID proof is required on delivery of the order. You will receive an email that your order is on its way.
Can I edit my shipping address?

What materials are used in my jewellery?
All the materials (gold, silver, diamond and gemstones) used in our jewellery are specified under the “Product Details” of the concerned product. All the gemstones used in the jewellery are natural. All the jewellery made of gold is BIS Hallmarked. The diamonds are certified and their quality is also mentioned in the jewellery certificate. The silver jewellery is made in 925 sterling silver.

Can I personalize my jewellery?

Can I see my jewellery before purchasing it?

Order and Customization
Can a design displayed on your website be customized?
Yes, you can customize it with different gemstones or the same gemstone in a different size. We will also suggest you some similar designs which are available in our stock. What materials are used in my jewellery?

What is the customization process?
You can send us your design in any form- sketch, idea, photo etc. We will guide you by suggesting material (14K or 18K gold & gemstones) & budget associated with the various options.
If you want, we can show you some similar pieces of our jewellery so that you can visualize your piece of jewellery. As we continue with our design discussions, you’ll be given 3-4 design options to choose from.
What is the payment process for customization?
When the design and cost have been finalized, you will have to deposit 50% of the amount which will be non-refundable. The balance amount has to be paid when the product is ready for dispatch. Once the payment has been received, the order will be shipped.
How much time does the process of customization take?
The complete process usually takes around 30 days.
Do you provide a trial for customized jewellery?
All our jewellery is made in our in-house manufacturing unit in Jaipur. So, you can book an appointment at our Jaipur store if you want to see your jewellery in the different stages of production. It is an exciting process and a one-of-a-kind experience. We will also be sending you photos & videos of the jewellery during production, via WhatsApp.
Can I cancel the customized jewellery?
If you change your mind, you can cancel your customized jewellery order. If you cancel before the delivery, there will be a 25% deduction of the advance amount before the refund is processed to the customer.
In case a customer does not pick up the customized jewellery order within 60 days from the store, the order will be cancelled and 25% of the advance amount will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded to the customer in the form of a gift card.
Exchange
What is your exchange policy for Diamond and colour stone jewellery?
Diamond and colour stone jewellery crafted in gold can be exchanged at 70% of the invoice value for 1 year from the date of purchase.
The product must have its original invoice, jewellery lab certificate, and jewellery hallmark for all exchanges.

What is your exchange policy for loose diamonds and gemstones?
Loose diamonds & gemstones will not be exchanged.
Which items cannot be exchanged?
We do not exchange loose diamonds & gemstones, jewellery items made on order or customised and jewellery purchased under any scheme.
What happens if the exchanged product has a different price?
In case the exchange value of the old jewellery product is lower than the value of the new jewellery product, the user will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product. If the exchange value of the old jewellery product is lower than the value of the new jewellery product the balance amount will be refunded to the customer in the form of a gift card.
What is your exchange policy for Diamond and colour stone jewellery?
For silver jewellery, we provide exchange options for products if you have a size issue or are not satisfied with the quality.
What if I receive a damaged piece?
If you get a damaged good, you need to report it within 24 hrs of receiving your product. Email us at info@yahvijewellery.com or WhatsApp at +91 9414098777 with photos showing the issue. Our team will quickly respond to resolve the situation and arrange a replacement. We will arrange for the jewellery pickup. The jewellery must be in its original condition with secure packaging and its original invoice and jewellery lab certificate.
Returns
What is your return policy for Diamond and colour stone jewellery?
We will deduct 15% to cover handling, insurance, and logistics costs and issue a refund of 85% of your total invoice value of your diamond and colour stone jewellery crafted in gold.
The product must have its price tag, original invoice, jewellery lab certificate, and jewellery hallmark for all returns.
The return shall be subject to verification of the original product as per the standard norms and the decision of Yahvi in this regard shall be final and binding on the customer. The jewellery must not show any sign of usage or damage. The jewellery should also not show any alterations, resizing or any kind of repair work (done by any jeweller other than Yahvi Jewellery).

You cannot return loose diamonds & gemstones, jewellery items made on order or customised and jewellery purchased under any scheme.
How can I initiate a return?
To start a return, pack the jewellery along with the original invoice, and jewellery lab certificate. Please ensure that the jewellery price tag is not broken or torn. We will email you the instructions. The entire return process will take at least 7-10 working days. You have to bear the return shipping cost. Please make sure to note the courier airway bill number.
*If the tag is broken and the hallmark is missing from the jewellery, the return will not be accepted.
