3. The terms 'Party' & 'Parties' shall respectively be used to refer to the User and Yahvi individually and collectively, as the context so requires.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they govern your use of this website and our supply to you of any goods which you offer to purchase through this website. You must not use this Website, if you have any objection to any of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are applicable to “Users/Guests” (users who visit the website but do not do any transaction) and “Members” (users who register or become a member and purchase jewellery products from this Website).
The domain name www.yahvijewellery.com (website) is owned and operated by Yahvi Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. (Yahvi), a private limited company, incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, (No. 1 of 1956) and having its registered office at 134, Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur, India 302004.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
In addition to these Terms and Conditions, please read our Privacy Policy carefully. By using our Site, you consent to us obtaining, holding, processing and transferring your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Registration

The website may require the user to register or become a member and purchase jewellery products from this Website. It is the user’s responsibility to provide accurate personal information (name, e-mail, contact number, contact address) as stated in our Privacy Policy and to keep such details up to date. We are entitled to rely on the registration details that you provide to us. The information provided to us shall be maintained by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The user must review carefully and understand the third-party's policies and practices before he/she engages in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

Online Order & Payment

For making the purchase the members shall be guided through the entire product selection and check out process (after they have checked and are satisfied with the product). The members can also call/WhatsApp us (on +91 9414098777) to clarify their queries and concerns.
After proceeding for checkout the members can choose their preferred mode of payment (Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Net Banking).
Once the payment has been received, the order will be considered complete. Yahvi will send a confirmation through email/sms based on the preferred mode of communication of the user.
In accordance with the guidelines laid down by the Government of India, a customer has to provide the Permanent Account Number (PAN) for all purchases of INR 2 lakh and above. Hence if the user fulfils the above given criteria he/she has to provide the PAN t complete the order.

Price

The price of jewellery products is quoted in INR.
The price of jewellery products is calculated upon the current market value of the precious metal and gems to give the user the best possible value. The price changes from time to time, due to fluctuations in the price of precious metal and gems.
Price of jewellery products on this website are subject to change without notice. The User shall pay the price mentioned against the product on the day of the purchase.

Shipping Policy

Shipping and gift packing for any jewellery ordered on the website is free.
All our jewellery product parcels are insured and shipped through verified shipping service providers.
If any parcel is lost and declared lost by the shipping service provider, Yahvi will ship a new product or issue a refund after communicating with the buyer.
At the point of delivery, it is mandatory for the receiver to sign after receiving the product and furnish a government approved photo identification card (Driver’s License/ Permanent Account Number (PAN) card/Passport/Voter’s ID Card)

Return, Cancellations, Exchange, Repairs & Resizing

Jewellery items made on order or purchased under any scheme will not be returned.
Loose diamonds & gemstones will not be returned.
20% of the invoice amount will be deducted against any jewellery return or cancellation.
The jewellery item should be returned within 10 days of delivery.
Return shall be subject to verification of original product as per the standard norms and decision of Yahvi in this regard shall be final and binding on the customer.
The customer will bear the return shipping cost.

Jewellery purchased under any scheme will not be exchanged.
The customer will bear the shipping charges (both way) when exchanging the jewellery item.
If the product is exchanged within 6 months of date of delivery, the customer will get full value of net gold weight at the present prevailing gold rate, 90% of the invoice value of diamonds & 80% of the invoice value of coloured gemstones. The GST charges will be deducted.
If the product is exchanged after 6 months, the customer will get full value of net gold weight at the present prevailing gold rate, 80% of the invoice value of diamonds & 70% of the invoice value of coloured gemstones. The GST charges will be deducted.
The product must have its original invoice, jewellery lab certificate, jewellery hallmark for all exchanges.
The customer will have to bear repair charges of jewellery items purchased from Yahvi. The charges will be assessed by Yahvi.
The customer will bear the shipping charges (both way) when sending the jewellery item for repair.
If the customer gets a damaged good he needs to report within 24 hrs of delivery. It will be exchanged free of cost.
The policy of exchange or return is not applicable if a third party jeweller has worked on the jewellery.
The payment of the refund amount will be made through an online bank transfer within 10 days of receiving the jewellery product at our office.
Yahvi Jewellery reserves all rights to take decisions of approving or rejecting any requests regarding returns, replacement, exchanges, repairs or cancellation.

Terms & Conditions Regarding Schemes

Schemes like special offers, discount & free gifts are applicable only on selected jewellery products over a given period of time. Yahvi may change their terms & conditions from time to time.

Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, trademarks, brand names, service marks, domain names, including material, designs, and graphics created by and developed by the Website and other distinctive brand features of the Website are the property of Yahvi.
Other than the content you own, which you may have opted to include on this Website, under these Terms, the website owner owns all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this Website, and all such rights are reserved. You are granted a limited license only, subject to the restrictions provided in these Terms, for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
